Once you have made your selection , please contact me using the contact form on my site detailing the products and any special requirements, or alternatively you can contact me direct on 01616880867 / 07729630977, I will reply to you within 24 hrs via email to confirm the order.
Once you have confirmed your order, please make payment of 50% deposit using any of the payment methods detailed below.
When your order is complete I will email you images of the finished product for you to view. When you are 100% happy I will then require the remaining balance.

CASH: Alternatively if you live near my studio in Manchester you are more than welcome to pay cash on collection if you prefer. Please contact me about suitable pick up times.( Please do not send cash through the post )
DELIVERY: Once 50% payment has been received we will start your order , we will notify you via email once your order is completed, we will dispatch your order to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery for which a signature is required. Please make sure that if this is not possible at your home address you provide us with an alternative address where a signature may be obtained. The cost of postage and packaging is £5.50 throughout the United Kingdom and for orders to be delivered outside the UK, postage and packaging will be advised upon receipt of the order. All our items are insured
Bespoke Collection:
We do not hold stock items of any tiaras, head-dresses or jewellery accept for our Pure Collection. All the designs in our collection are made especially for the customer as they order, therefore we are not able to send goods on an "approval basis" However we do appreciate how difficult it can be to choose on-line and for that reason will send detailed photographs to your chosen email address for approval before posting. Because all our designs are made to order just for you, they are non returnable and non refundable.
